Village Administration

The Village of South Holland’s Administration oversees the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with the Village’s values. Administration coordinates departments, manages public resources, and supports the Mayor and Board of Trustees in carrying out policies and long-term goals.

Core Functions

  • Leadership & Policy – Implements the vision set by the Mayor and Village Board.
  • Operations Management – Oversees municipal departments and daily services.
  • Financial Stewardship – Prepares budgets, manages revenues, and ensures fiscal responsibility.
  • Community Services – Provides responsive support for residents, businesses, and visitors.

As the Deputy Village Administrator, Pat Mahon assists with the daily operations of the Village, supports the implementation of policies set by the Village Board, coordinates departmental efforts, and helps ensure services are delivered efficiently to residents.
