RV, Boat & Trailer Storage Guide
Keeping an RV, boat or trailer at home? South Holland's outdoor storage rules explain what you may keep on a residential property, where it may be parked, and how it must be maintained.
The basic rule: One personal recreational RV, boat or trailer may be stored outdoors per lot, provided it meets all location, surface, size and maintenance requirements.
This means one total—not one of each—unless the Village approves an applicable waiver.
These rules apply to all properties used for residential purposes, including homes in business districts.

Ordinary personal and family transportation vehicles are not restricted by this ordinance. Other Village parking and nuisance rules still apply.
